RouteMaster can collect two types of orders from your production system:
Transportation orders

Either one will be incorporated in our planning schedule and we will find the right mobile robot at the right time to execute the transportation.

RouteMaster knows when to collect the order, where to place it, and when to pick up again at the production unit.

Production units
For our planning schedule, RouteMaster uses production unit statistics to predict pickup times. This means that product types can be linked to time estimates on production units, so that RouteMaster knows when different units are done.
Time estimates can be collected dynamically or provided by the customers order system.
Fleet Manager
RouteMaster is made to connect with any fleet management system. Currently supported is Mobile Industrial Robots Fleet Manager.
How the planning works
For our planning schedule, RouteMaster uses production unit statistics to predict pickup times. This means that product types can be linked to time estimates on production units, so that RouteMaster knows when different units are done.
Time estimates can be collected dynamically or provided by the customers order system.
By looking at loads of the production units, RouteMaster can load balance the transportations throughout the units. This keeps production units busy and prevents overload.
With planning strategies, it is possible to obtain certain goals in your production. This should be to always keep some production units busy, prioritize product types or halt units in different scenarios.
